When a child first starts with us, often he/she has very little skill and will barely tolerate an adult in his/her space. Therefore, we have to pair.
However, when we pair, we are still working on goals. Pairing should not be playing for the sake of playing AND it should NOT go on indefinitely.
Use this data sheet (or something similar) for natural environment goals and an objective way to advance programming.
Use page 1 and the first part of page 2 only. Then as the child progresses, you can build in the other skills from the point-to-point correspondence section systematically.
