This could also be considered a “probe data sheet”. However, just because there is only 1 data point (y/n), does not mean that there should only be 1 teaching trial. We are just taking data on the first trial but still doing lots of teaching (especially if it was a “no”).

We tend to use these for kids who tend to progress quickly through the programs. This is more efficient way of keeping track of the targets.
