When implementing a behavior plan, it is important to train staff for consistency. An important part about staff training is the feedback piece (Step #4 in the BST model). Here is a template that we modify every single time that we implement a behavior plan. We individualize this template to match the behavior plan and then we implement it with staff during supervision.
