Sorting varies slightly from matching. During a matching program, the instructor hands the student the items to match. During a sorting program, students have a pile of objects and have to sort the items/pictures into piles.
The goal of a scanning program is to increase the array from 3 to at least 20 pictures on the table.
There is a version of the “Symbols” program on various psych tests.
