I recently had a student who engaged challenging behavior. The root of his behavior was stress/anxiety. He had lots of language, very little independence in his life.
We had a team meeting and here are the notes and program check off list that I created based on that meeting. I thought it would be helpful to post this into the resource so that you can start to see my thought process.
