We fill in communication logs after every session in order to communicate with parents. Here are some samples of our communication logs. We try to keep them brief and sometimes even put them in a check off format in order to keep them as quick as possible to fill out.
Alternatively, for some of our group and school-readiness programs, the daily data sheets are what go home as communication.
