When working with a child with articulation or speech challenges, it is definitely beneficial to get the advice of an experienced SLP. With their guidance, we would often put relevant ABA programs in place to help practice the goals determined by the SLP or reinforce certain skills or targets (ABA is often a lot more intensive than speech therapy).
Start with a basic verbal imitation of words program.
Minimal pairs is also a great way to work on articulation errors that are consistent.
