We use lots of visuals to teach requesting (see materials below). Sometimes students need to be taught to read the visuals.

This program is a quick discrete trial program to teach receptive and expressive identification of the requesting visuals.

If learners are taking longer than 2 weeks to learn the teaching visuals, we suggest using another method of teaching manding (other than visuals). E.g., verbal modelling, video modelling, gestures/signs, etc.
