Is this a play program or a visual performance program? It does really belong in both categories!
Teaching puzzles should start with peg puzzles and then move to jigsaw puzzles (even small ones). Note: Learners should be at least 4 years old to do beginner jigsaw puzzles. It is not age-appropriate before that.
We often backward chain peg puzzles.
